Being a businessperson, I thoroughly enjoy traveling! Back in 2012, I had the opportunity to visit the Philippines for the first time, and I was immediately captivated by the rich culture and the positive attitude of the locals. It became evident to me that they were hardworking and highly skilled individuals. Given that English is widely spoken as a second language and that many possess strong technical abilities and a solid education background, I decided to establish a small startup to explore the potential of incorporating their talents into my business. To my surprise, it turned out to be a great success! The customer service, Telemarketing, and virtual assistance provided by individuals in the Philippines greatly supported both my agency and myself, making our work significantly more efficient and effective.

The Beginning of the Business

The company's investor, Julian Wright, made the decision to invest in telemarketing and data entry by recruiting reliable employees from the Philippines who will work remotely.

March 2020

The Expansion is Underway!

In that specific month of the year, the company creatively broadened its outsourcing clients and teams, introducing new services such as an expanded range of Virtual Assistants, E-commerce, and Web Design.

Grow My Business Has Been Established!

Julian Wright chose the name "Grow My Business" for the company to make its milestone memorable. The company experienced rapid growth within six months due to the introduction of additional services and the collaborative efforts of supportive clients and employees
