My Story
Being a businessperson, I thoroughly enjoy traveling! Back in 2012, I had the opportunity to visit the Philippines for the first time, and I was immediately captivated by the rich culture and the positive attitude of the locals. It became evident to me that they were hardworking and highly skilled individuals. Given that English is widely spoken as a second language and that many possess strong technical abilities and a solid education background, I decided to establish a small startup to explore the potential of incorporating their talents into my business. To my surprise, it turned out to be a great success! The customer service, Telemarketing, and virtual assistance provided by individuals in the Philippines greatly supported both my agency and myself, making our work significantly more efficient and effective.

The company's investor, Julian Wright, made the decision to invest in telemarketing and data entry by recruiting reliable employees from the Philippines who will work remotely.
November 2017
In that specific month of the year, the company creatively broadened its outsourcing clients and teams, introducing new services such as an expanded range of Virtual Assistants, E-commerce, and Web Design.
March 2020
Julian Wright chose the name "Grow My Business" for the company to make its milestone memorable. The company experienced rapid growth within six months due to the introduction of additional services and the collaborative efforts of supportive clients and employees.
September 2020
In response to client demand, the company has decided to offer ebook, bookmark, and template design services.
December 2020
In a brief span, Grow My Business company has expanded its services to include bookkeeping, online administrative tasks, web design, video editing, graphic designing and enhanced customer service and virtual assistant support.
January 2021
In recent years, our business has experienced significant growth and expansion. Grow My Businesses launched other services such as SEO and Graphic Artists. Our growth was supported by recruiting top talent and investing in employee development.
November 2021
Grow My Business introduced additional services including SEO, Graphic Design, Skip Tracing, and Property Management. We are proud of our achievements and excited about the future as we continue to grow and evolve.
December 2021
By 2024, GMB had developed a platform that is widely embraced for individuals to showcase their talents, share them, and explore additional job opportunities. This enables business owners to discover the suitable candidates for their businesses.
